Public offer (terms of service)

These Terms of service (the "Terms") are a public offer by Mockint (the "Platform", "we") under Articles 367 and 369 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan to anyone who uses the mockint.uz website and services (the "User", "you").

By creating an account, booking an interview or making a payment you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, provide false information or harm other Users.

Mockint connects Candidates with Interviewers for live mock technical interviews and written Feedback. Mock interviews are for practice only: we do not guarantee employment, a job offer or any particular result.

Session prices are shown in Uzbek soum (UZS) on the Pricing page and at checkout. Payment is made in advance through the payment providers available on the Platform.

A Session is confirmed once payment succeeds. Cancellations and refunds follow the Refund policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Interviewers are independent specialists, not employees of Mockint. They receive 80% of the price of each completed Session; the Platform keeps 20% as a service fee. Detailed terms are set out in a separate interviewer agreement.

The Platform, its design and content belong to Mockint. Feedback provided to you may be used for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

The Platform is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Session concerned.

We may update these Terms and will announce material changes on the website in advance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan; disputes are settled by negotiation and, failing that, by the courts of Tashkent.
