1.Who we are and scope
This Privacy policy explains how Mockint (the "Platform", "we") processes the personal data of candidates, interviewers and visitors of mockint.uz. We act as the owner and operator of the personal data we collect.
2.Data we collect
- Account data: name, email address, phone number, password (stored as a hash).
- Profile data: experience, skills, links to LinkedIn or GitHub, city.
- Session data: bookings, schedule, interview feedback and ratings.
- Payment data: transaction amounts and status (card details are processed by payment providers, not stored by us).
- Technical data: IP address, browser, device and cookies (see the Cookie policy).
3.Why we process it
- To create your account and provide mock interviews.
- To process payments, refunds and interviewer payouts.
- To review interviewer applications.
- To keep the Platform secure and prevent fraud.
- To send service messages and, with your consent, news.
4.Legal basis
We process personal data on the basis of your consent, to perform our agreement with you, and to meet obligations under the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, including the Law "On Personal Data" No. ZRU-547 of 2 July 2019.
5.Storage in Uzbekistan
In line with Article 27¹ of the Law "On Personal Data", personal data of citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan is collected, systematised and stored in databases located on the territory of Uzbekistan and registered in the State register of personal data databases.
Any cross-border transfer happens only where the law allows it and adequate protection is ensured.
7.How long we keep data
We keep account data while your account is active and for up to 3 years after it is closed, unless the law requires a longer period (for example, for accounting records).
8.Your rights
- Know what personal data we process and get a copy.
- Ask us to correct or delete your data.
- Withdraw your consent at any time.
- Complain to the authorised state body for personal data protection.
9.Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls and regular backups to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
