Who we're looking for
We keep the bar high so candidates get interviews that feel like the real thing.
Must have
- 3+ years of commercial software development experience (5+ to interview Senior candidates)
- Deep, hands-on knowledge of at least one stack we cover
- Fluent Uzbek, Russian or English
- A stable internet connection, a webcam and a quiet place for calls
- A LinkedIn or GitHub profile we can review
Nice to have
- Experience running technical interviews or hiring for your team
- Mentoring, teaching or conference-speaking experience
- Work at product companies or international teams
- Open-source contributions or a technical blog

Questions from interviewers
80% of each completed session is credited to your balance once the feedback is submitted. You can request a withdrawal to your Uzbek bank card (Uzcard or Humo) at any time; payouts are processed within 3 business days.
There's no minimum. You publish the slots you want — even one session a month is fine. Most interviewers run 2–6 sessions a week alongside a full-time job.
No. It helps, but the onboarding call covers our interview format, scorecards and feedback standards, and you get example interviews to review.
If the candidate cancels less than 2 hours before the start or doesn't show up, you're still paid for the session. See the refund policy for details.
Yes. Pick every stack you know deeply (up to five) and the levels you're comfortable assessing. Senior interviews require at least 5 years of experience.
