Why Mockint
Work that changes careers — including yours
Every interview on Mockint brings a developer closer to a job. Here's what it's like to build it.
A mission you can feel
We see the impact every day: candidates tell us they got the offer after practising with our interviewers. Your work goes straight to people preparing for the most important conversations of their careers.
A remote-friendly Tashkent team
Our home is a bright office in the centre of Tashkent, but many of us work remotely from Samarkand, Namangan or Bukhara. We plan the week together and keep meetings to a minimum.
Room to grow
A learning budget, free mock interviews with senior engineers, regular feedback and real ownership from your first month. Many of our leads started here as juniors.
How we work
What we value
Four principles guide how we build the product and how we treat each other.
Candidates first
Every decision starts with the developer preparing for an interview. If it doesn't help them, we don't ship it.
Own the outcome
We give people problems, not tasks. You decide how to solve them and see them through to the end.
Write it down
Clear documents beat long meetings. Written decisions let a hybrid team move fast without leaving anyone behind.
Kind and direct
We give honest feedback — the same way our interviewers do — and we always give it with respect.

FAQ
Questions about working at Mockint
Most roles need Uzbek or Russian — whichever you're more comfortable with. Support and community roles need both. In engineering roles, English good enough to read documentation is plenty.
Yes. Roles marked Remote are open to anyone in Uzbekistan, and hybrid roles need you in the Tashkent office a few days a week. We don't hire outside Uzbekistan yet.
Usually two to three weeks. We reply to every application within five working days, even when the answer is no.
Yes — look for Junior and Internship roles. Interns get a stipend and a mentor, and strong interns receive a job offer.
Of course. Apply to every role that fits, or send an open application and we'll suggest the best match.
Don't see your role?
We're always happy to meet great people. Send us your CV and tell us how you'd like to help — we read every open application.
